Cowboy Bebop: The Movie returns to Japanese cinemas in a Shinichiro Watanabe-supervised 4K remaster on October 30
Sunrise announced on September 1, the film's Japanese theatrical 25th anniversary, that director Shinichiro Watanabe supervised a 4K remaster opening nationwide in Japan on October 30. A new anniversary visual combines character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto's illustration, art director Atsushi Morikawa's background and Toshiaki Uesugi's design; theater count, run length, home release and international screenings remain unannounced.
