Original Darkwing Duck voice Jim Cummings says he will not return for the reboot
Cummings said he recorded a Darkwing Duck pilot several years ago but is no longer expected to play the title hero in the project's current version. He also said another performer is expected to voice Launchpad McQuack and that the project moved in a different direction; Disney has not independently confirmed a series order, production schedule or replacement cast.
