A Central District of California docket shows JYP's September 4 application for a DMCA subpoena. The company alleges an account named New Vibs distributed Han's “back to life” to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Apple without authorization and asks for identifying records from Symphonic. Filing the request does not prove infringement, identify the operator or establish that the subpoena has issued.
