AFM says Warner Records remains in its lawsuit over music-catalog licenses to Suno and Udio
The AFM says a July filing corrected the Warner defendant from Warner Music Group to Warner Records, the agreement's signatory, rather than dropping the claim. Its suit also names Universal Music Group and Atlantic; the labels' liability and the union's interpretation of 'new use' remain unproven.
