Authentic Brands Group completes its Care Bears acquisition and creates a character-entertainment division
Authentic announced on August 19 that it closed the purchase of the Care Bears intellectual property, its first character-driven IP. A dedicated team will use Authentic Studios, Authentic Live and the company's licensing network, but no specific production, experience or release date has been announced.
