DOJ requests more information from Fox and Roku, extending the merger's U.S. antitrust review
An SEC filing says each company received a Justice Department second request on September 8. The Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period now runs until 30 days after both substantially comply, unless it ends earlier by agreement or termination; Fox still targets the first half of 2027.
