Indielab estimates 40% of studied small UK television producers could fail within two years
Its analysis covers 203 companies with annual turnover below £10 million. Indielab says 114 had falling reserves, 83 lost more than 30% and 63 lost at least half; the typical company retained about £42,000. Based on the current decline, it estimates roughly 40% could fail within two years if conditions do not change. That is a model-based warning, not proof that named companies will close.
