RisuCon runs September 26 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 16 Chestnut Street, Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States; attendees should enter at 33 Dalamar Street and free parking is advertised. The published program includes more than 125 artists and vendors, a Cosplay Barn, contest and guests, panels, workshops, all-day anime, onsite photo printing and a US$5 cosplay studio.
