Sony and Story Kitchen acquire live-action film rights to Powerhoof's adventure game The Drifter
A September 3 specialist report says Sony Pictures and adaptation company Story Kitchen completed a live-action film-rights deal. Story Kitchen's Dmitri M. Johnson and Michael Lawrence Goldberg are producers, with Powerhoof's Timothy I. Stevenson and Elena Sandoval as executive producers. No screenwriter, director, cast, production start or release date has been announced.
