Dread Central reported September 13 that Cate released the self-financed Birthday Flight on YouTube after shooting it over two and a half days aboard an Airbus A330 with Jesse Kove starring. The outlet attributes 28.7 million views and a six-figure studio deal to Open Door; neither figure establishes that a feature film has been greenlit.
