Dark Horse sets Rose City Comic Con signings, panels and same-day wristband rules for booth 1100
The published schedule includes David Booher, Gail Simone, Patton Oswalt, Jordan Blum, Brian Michael Bendis, Eric Powell and other creators, plus a Saturday Hellboy Universe group signing and three panels. Wristbands for selected signings are distributed only after the hall opens on that day; Minor Threats sessions prohibit posed photography and witnessed signatures and limit eligible items.
