DerpyCon adds anime-music DJ collective AniSong Party to its 2026 New Jersey guest roster

DerpyCon announced September 7 that AniSong Party—DJ APPARE, DJ SignalΔ and DJ YUUKI—will appear at its October 30–November 1 event at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. The collective draws from anime themes, tokusatsu, games, VTubers, idols, Vocaloid, Touhou and J-pop, but the organizer has not posted a performance day, time, room or capacity.

DerpyCon adds choreography troupe Cosplay Dance Company as a 2026 community guest

DerpyCon announced August 31 that Cosplay Dance Company, a troupe combining character costumes with choreographed fandom performances, will join its community guests. The convention runs October 30–November 1 at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; a performance day, time and room have not yet been posted.
