Andrew Scott says he relearned two-thirds of Hamlet to portray Ian Charleson in Elsinore without performance footage
At TIFF on September 13, Scott said no filmed record of Charleson's Hamlet existed, so he combed through Shakespeare's text and relearned about two-thirds of the role to build his interpretation. TheWrap reports that Focus Features will release Elsinore on November 20.
