Geektopia organizer reports about 2,000 visitors and expanded fan space in Ponta Grossa, Brazil
The fifth Geektopia ran August 22–23 at Clube Verde in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil. In an August 26 local report, organizer Ariadene Caillot said it drew about 2,000 people and exceeded expectations; the report also describes more stands, a larger space and a wider activity mix. The attendance and comparison were not independently audited.
