Heat 2 executive producer says Inde Navarrette was never offered a role in Michael Mann's sequel
Executive producer Shane Salerno told TheWrap on August 27 that the Heat 2 offer story was “simply untrue.” The trade reports that Navarrette had one meeting with director Michael Mann but received no offer. The correction does not independently confirm her reported X-Men casting, and other Heat 2 roles remain in talks.
