Katsuhiro Otomo's anime film Roujin Z receives a 4K restoration and spring 2027 Japanese theatrical release
MANTANWEB reported on September 14 that Roujin Z is being remastered in 4K for its 35th anniversary. Preview runs begin December 18 for one week at Theatre Shinjuku in Tokyo and Theatre Umeda in Osaka, Japan, followed by a nationwide Japanese theatrical release in spring 2027.
