SUSHI CHESS releases a Steam demo that makes captured shogi pieces cost money before a March 2027 launch
The live Steam demo includes puzzles, three CPU difficulty levels and local or online one-versus-one play across two rule sets. The full PC game is planned for March 2027 with interface support for 20 languages, but no exact date, price or final ruleset is confirmed.
