Replacement stock was reallocated, with some orders still expected by September 15 and most by the end of release week; digital access remains September 15. US and Canadian Ultimate Bundle preorders placed July 8 through September 14 will receive a digital-dice coupon, and the Ultimate Bundle has been removed from the Marketplace.
