Streamer Warren Pandiscia sues Twitch and Amazon over alleged use of creator broadcasts for AI training
Pandiscia filed a proposed class action on August 20 in the U.S. District Court for Northern California, alleging contract breaches, unjust enrichment and unfair competition tied to the alleged use of creator content for Amazon generative-AI training. He seeks class certification, damages, injunctions and deletion of allegedly obtained material.
