Magical Explorer will debut two episodes online in Japan on October 3, one week before television

Aniplex announced September 13 that d Anime Store and ABEMA will start Magical Explorer on October 3 at midnight Japan time, one week before terrestrial television, and release episodes one and two together. Other Japanese services follow after the broadcast begins. ABEMA will also show episode one free on September 25 at 8 p.m., with replay access through September 26 at 7:59 p.m. The announcement does not name an international simulcast or make the preview available worldwide.

Shinsengumi anime Inherit the Winds sets a September 26 production special and expanded YouTube archive

Aniplex announced on September 14 that a 27-minute special about the theatrical advance version Inherit the Winds: The Beginning will air in Japan after midnight on September 27, listed in Japanese late-night scheduling as September 26 at 24:30, on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV and Tochigi TV. VTuber Kaida Haru serves as navigator for the creator interviews and production-site reporting, while Nichika Omori, the voice of Kurosuke, narrates. A fuller version with interview material omitted from broadcast will be archived on Aniplex's YouTube channel; its territories and duration are not specified.

GROTESQQQUE releases Yorosiku Girl insert song Dead Flutter with otoha, Shiina Natsukawa and Runaar

Aniplex released Dead Flutter for advance streaming on September 14 as an insert song from the Yorosiku Girl segment of GROTESQQQUE. otoha, Shiina Natsukawa and Runaar perform the track, while Yuyoyuppe wrote the lyrics, composed and arranged it. Another advance song is scheduled for September 23. The announcement adds a directly available piece of the film's music campaign but does not change the November 6 Japanese cinema date or announce a physical soundtrack edition.

BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War postpones episodes 49 and 50 to October in Japan

Aniplex announced on September 12 that episode 49 will now air on TV Tokyo affiliates on October 19 and stream in Japan from noon October 20; episode 50 follows on October 26 and 27. The committee says the extra time is intended to improve quality before the finale. Four scheduled slots from September 19 through October 12 will instead carry a selection of climax episodes. Dates for other Japanese broadcasters and any effects on international simulcasts remain unannounced.

Madoka Magica film Walpurgisnacht Rising reveals Maaya Sakamoto as the character Was

Aniplex released a third post-opening trailer and key visual on September 12. The spoiler-heavy footage introduces an upperclassman identified as Was and confirms Maaya Sakamoto as her voice actor; Ume Aoki drew the new visual. The materials expand the film's publicly identified cast after its Japanese release, but do not announce a new territory, home-video plan or other access change.

Original anime Vertex Force sets its Japanese television and streaming premiere for October 3

Aniplex announced on September 12 that Vertex Force begins October 3 at 23:30 on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV and Tochigi TV, with same-time advance streams on U-NEXT, Animehodai and d Anime Store services. Kaze wo Tsugu Mono gets a two-week Japanese cinema preview on November 13 before its January broadcast

Aniplex announced on September 4 that the advance theatrical edit Kaze wo Tsugu Mono -Hajimari- will open in participating Japanese cinemas on November 13 for two weeks. It covers protagonist Jinsuke Tachikawa's meeting with the Mibu Roshigumi and the Serizawa Kamo episode. The television series begins in January 2027, but its exact broadcast date, episode count and international availability remain open.

Walpurgisnacht Rising opens at number one in Japan with more than ¥930 million from 530,000 admissions

MANTANWEB reported on August 31 that Walpurgisnacht Rising ranked first at the Japanese box office for August 28–30, citing Kogyo Tsushinsha. A later same-day report put the film above ¥930 million in revenue and at 530,000 admissions over those first three days; screen count, costs, profitability and international performance were not provided.
