PlayStation Plus adds Mega Man X: Command Mission in September and plans Dino Crisis 2 and Ratchet & Clank for 2026

Mega Man X: Command Mission joins the classics tier in September. Sony also schedules Dino Crisis 2 and the original Ratchet & Clank for later in 2026 without exact dates. LEGO PlayStation rebuilds Sony's original console in 1,911 pieces with Gran Turismo and Ape Escape scenes

The 1,911-piece model measures about 26 centimetres wide, includes working Power and Open mechanisms, a plug-in controller and removable miniature scenes for Gran Turismo and Ape Escape. Direct PlayStation sales and LEGO Insiders access begin October 1 in listed markets, followed by general LEGO availability October 4; announced prices include US$179.99, £139.99 and €159.99.

PlayStation schedules two State of Play broadcasts for September 3, ending the first with Final Fantasy VII Revelation

Sony scheduled back-to-back shows for September 3 beginning at 9 a.m. Toronto time on YouTube and Twitch. The first covers PlayStation Studios and third-party partners and ends with an extended look at Final Fantasy VII Revelation; a Yuki Kaji-hosted State of Play Japan follows with gameplay and announcements from Japanese and Asian studios. The first has English audio and Japanese subtitles, while the second reverses those language options.

Into the Radius 2 reaches PlayStation VR2 on September 24 before free two-player co-op in late 2026

Game director Aleksei Shulga announced on August 24 that the PS VR2 edition launches September 24 with its expanded single-player campaign. A free update planned for the fourth quarter of 2026 will add two-player cooperation; the port also targets native 90 frames per second, eye-tracked foveated rendering, headset and controller haptics, adaptive triggers and 3D audio.
