Uncivilized Books launches DREGS! as a quarterly 100-page international science-fiction and fantasy comics magazine
The September 7 announcement says each 100-page issue will mix short comics, continuing series, interviews, articles and process material from an international roster. Issue one will feature Matias Bergara as cover artist and interview subject. A one-month crowdfunding presale is scheduled to begin September 25 to finance printing, artist payment and comic-shop distribution.
