Chiikawa: The Secret of Mermaid Island passes ¥8.07 billion and releases its creditless opening
Anime! Anime! reports on August 14 that the film had earned ¥8.07 billion from 5.63 million admissions through August 12, its twentieth day in Japanese cinemas. A creditless version of the opening sequence, structured by Nagano, was also released.
